12 fish fingers
4 tbsp mayonnaise
Italian salad
2 tbsp dill, chopped
Juice of half a lemon and lemon wedges to serve

  • 4 tortilla wraps
  • 12 fish fingers
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Italian salad
  • Lemon wedges, to serve
  • 2 tbsp dill, chopped
  • Juice of half a lemon

METHOD

  1. Cook the fish fingers in a preheated oven as per package instructions.
  2. Meanwhile, mix the mayo, dill and lemon juice together and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper and set aside.
  3. Once the fish fingers are golden and crispy, pile the tortilla wraps with the salad, mayo and fish finger and serve.

Optional serving suggestion: Mix the mayo, dill and lemon juice together and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
