Baked Broccoli

Ingredients
1 large head broccoli cut into florets
Drizzle olive oil
1 1/2 tubs hummus (roughly 1 cup)
Handful of grated emmental cheese
1 tablespoon paprika

For the filling:
- 1 large head broccoli cut into florets
- Drizzle olive oil
- 1 1/2 tubs hummus (roughly 1 cup)
- Handful of grated emmental cheese
- 1 tablespoon paprika
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 180ºC.
- Add the broccoli to a baking dish, drizzle of a little olive oil. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the broccoli has started to soften.
- Remove from the oven, then spread the hummus evenly over the broccoli. Sprinkle the cheese on top of the hummus, then add the paprika.
- Bake for an additional 20 minutes. Serve warm.
