Pre-heat oven to required temperature shown above. Cover the foil tray with tin foil, place foil tray on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for time indicated. Remove tin foil for the last 15 minutes of cooking to brown the skin. Ensure the turkey is thoroughly cooked before serving. If the turkey is cooked juices will run clear, if not continue to cook and repeat check.<br/> We Recommend: Once turkey is cooked, cover with foil and allow to rest in warm place for 10 minutes before carving.
