Directions for Use:
Empty contents of one sachet into a glass. Add approximately 300ml of water or your favourite juice and stir to dissolve.
Recommended Daily Intake:
Adults (over 18) consume one sachet per day, in the morning, preferably on an empty stomach. 16-18 year olds consume 3 sachets per week. Not recommended for children 15 years and under. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
