Regional Information - Grapes are grown in the picturesque region of the Western Cape, ideal conditions for growing rich juicy Malbec grapes.
Vinification Details - Grapes are harvested in the early morning for optimal freshness and flavour. Following this, the grapes are crushed, de-stemmed, and skins are slowly fermented to develop Malbec's velvety texture. Open and closed pump overs are given for a deep purple Malbec red tone.
