Place the ham on a roasting tray and cover loosely with foil. Place on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for time indicated. Remove the foil for the last 30 minutes of cooking to brown the joint.<br/> Once cooked, cover with foil and allow to rest for 10 minutes. Remove string prior to carving. Ensure product is piping hot throughout.
