Keep refrigerated between 0°C and 4°C. Once opened consume within 24 hours and always by use by date shown.
Suitable for home freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by use by date shown. Use within one month of freezing.
Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator belore cooking. Use within 24 hours of defrosting. Do not refreeze once defrosted.

Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled - This product is not suitable for microwave cooking.
Consume within 24 hours of opening pack.
Raw meat products may potentially cause illness if mishandled or cooked incorrectly.
As all appliances vary, the following are guidelines only:
- Remove all packaging.
- Preheat oven to 200°C/Fan 180%Gas Mark 6
Cooking Time: 55 minutes per kg*
Place duck on a wire rack over a roasting tin and roast for 55 minutes per kg.
*Ensure duck is fully cooked by piercing the thickest part of the meat (duck thigh) to ensure juices run clear. If not clear return to oven and recheck.
Leave to stand for 10 minutes before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.
