Ovens may vary, please consult manufacturers handbook for best results.<br/> Caution: beware of escaping steam when opening pouch.<br/>Microwave - From Ambient - 900W, 4 minutes, full power<br/> If frozen, thaw for 24 hours in refrigerator. Remove pouch from packaging. Pierce top of pouch several times. Place on a non-metallic plate and place in microwave & heat for 4 minutes on full power. Remove pork from the microwave, cut the bag open and pour off any juice. Place on a microwavable dish and use two forks to pull apart the pork. Pour sachet over and heat in the microwave for a further 30 seconds. Leave to stand for 1 minute and ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving.<br/>Oven cook - From Frozen - Hot fan oven, 40 minutes, 180°C<br/> Regular oven, 40 minutes, 200°C<br/> For best results thaw for 24 hours in a refrigerator and follow chilled cooking instructions there after.<br/> Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. If you wish to cook from frozen follow below instructions. You may need to thaw slightly to help remove product from packaging. Leave sachet of sauce to the side for use later. Place pork into an oven proof dish and put on the middle shelf of a preheated oven for 35 minutes. Remove from the oven and pour off any juice. Use two forks to pull apart the pork. Pour sachet of sauce over and heat in the oven for a further 5 minutes. Serve immediately.<br/>Oven cook - From Chilled - Hot Fan oven, 30 minutes, 180°C<br/> Regular oven, 30 minutes, 200°C<br/> Preheat oven. Remove all packaging.
