Stir cookie mix and water in a large bowl with a large spoon until you have a stiff dough (if dough doesn't form, stir-in up to 5 ml more water). Do not eat unbaked batter.<br/> 2. Spoon 8 heaped teaspoons of the dough onto a non-stick baking paper lined on the baking tray, leaving gaps between them to allow spreading (5cm apart).<br/> 3. Bake for approximately 10-12 minutes until edges are firm. For crispier cookies, bake 2 minutes longer.
