Stir, drain and serve.<br/>Shallow Fry - From Frozen - 6-8 mins.<br/> Heat 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan. Place 100g of vegetable mix in the frying pan and cook over medium heat for 6-8 minutes, stirring well.<br/>Cooking Instructions - General - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only.
