Remove all outer packaging and soak pad before cooking. Drizzle with a little olive oil and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.<br/>
200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6<br/>
50 Mins. Per kg + 20 mins extra<br/>
- Preheat oven.<br/>
- Place the duck on a wire rack on a roasting tray and place on the middle shelf of the oven.<br/>
- Cook for time indicated, basting throughout.<br/>
- Ensure the duck is thoroughly cooked before serving.<br/>
- To check, insert a skewer into the deepest part of the breast and thigh, if the duck is cooked the juices will run clear, if not continue to cook and repeat check.<br/>
Once cooked, cover with foil and allow to rest for 10 minutes before carving.<br/>
