Why can’t I see the Appassionata store after entering an address?
If the Appassionata store doesn’t appear, it’s likely because the address is outside our current flower delivery area. We currently deliver to: D2, D4, D6, D6W, D14, D16, D18, and A94. However, please contact us on 01-6112444 if you are outside of these areas and we will try to facilitate your delivery.
Will changing stores affect the items in my basket?
Yes, switching to the Appassionata store will start a new shopping session. Any items in your grocery basket will show as unavailable in the Appassionata store, so we recommend checking out first.
Can I send flowers to someone else’s address?
Absolutely. Just enter the recipient’s address in Step 2 when switching stores, and we’ll handle the rest. Be sure to select the recipient’s address for delivery at checkout, and use your own address for billing.
