Wholemeal Wheat Flour
Fortified Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium, Iron, Niacin, (B3), Thiamin (B1))
Raising Agents (Bicarbonate of Soda, Di-Phosphates, Monocalcium Phosphate)
Salt
Wheat Germ

Storage
Store in a cool dry place until baked. Once baked, wrap tightly in foil or cling film to keep from dying out.

Preparation and Usage
1. Preheat oven to 200°C/400°F (180°C/350°F fan oven) and lightly oil the bread tin.
2. Splash 300ml (1 1/3 cups) of milk into mixing bag, seal and massage to mix.
3. Gently squeeze the dough into the oiled bread tin.
4. Make a cross in the top and sprinkle with a little flour.
5. Bake for 35-40 mins and admire your creation grow.
6. Leave to cool on a wire rack and cover with towel.
7. When cooled, remove from bread tin, slice and enjoy.

Try adding a handful of grated strong hard cheese to the dry mix, add milk and mix as above.
Toasting really brings out the flavour
