Preparation and Usage
Fiona's 10 minute recipe:
1. Heat oil in a frying pan/wok on a medium to high heat
2. Add your favourite protein (meat, fish, seafood, tofu) and fry until cooked through.
3. Toss in chopped veg of your choice and a few tablespoons of water. Fry for a few minutes.
4. Add fused sweet & sour stir fry sauce. Mix well and heat through allowing flavours to develop.
