Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Ambient - Prick potatoes with a fork. Sprinkle salt onto a baking tray and add potatoes. Bake until cooked through.
45 mins 220°C/425°F/Gas mark 7
Steam - From Ambient - Peel potatoes and place in a steamer. Place a close fitting lid on the steamer and steam for 30 to 35 minutes.

Boil - From Ambient - Place potatoes into a saucepan, cover with water and place lid on. Bring to the boil then reduce heat and simmer for approx. 20 minutes or until cooked. Drain and serve.

Other - From Ambient - Roast
Boil as above but simmer for only 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and shake over a low heat. Preheat 3 to 4 tbsp of sunflower or olive oil in roasting tin in oven and when hot carefully turn the potatoes in the oil to coat well. Season with salt and roast for 30 minutes until golden.

Chips
Peel and cut into chips, wash and dry well. Fry until soft and lightly coloured, drain well and allow to cool. Increase temperature as above and fry quickly until crisp and golden. Drain and serve.
170°C/325°F then 190°C/375°F
Air Fry - From Ambient - Par boll potatoes for 5 minutes, drain and cut in häll.
Spray lightly with cooking oil and air fry for 12-15 minutes at 180 degrees.
