Fresh: Keep refrigerated between 0°C and 4°C. Once opened consume within 24 hours and always by use by date shown. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by use by date shown. Use within one month of freezing.
Frozen: Keep frozen at -18°C. Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use. Use within 24 hours of defrosting. Do not refreeze after defrosting.

Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General - This product must be cooked before consumption.
All appliances vary, the following guidelines only.
Ensure the product is thoroughly reheated and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.
Oven cook - From Chilled - Remove sleeve and film and set aside sachet of sauce for later use. Place in a preheated oven at 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6 for 15-18 minutes. Remove from the oven, open the sachet of sauce and drizzle over the duck and return to the oven for a further 2-3 minutes. Stand for 2-3 minutes and serve.
Air Fry - From Chilled - Based on an air fryer for minimum capacity of 4l. Preheat air fryer to 200°C. Remove sleeve and film packaging and set aside sachet of sauce for later use. Place the duck skin side up in the air fryer and cook for 10-15 minutes. Remove duck from the air fryer, drizzle the sauce over the duck and return to the air fryer for a further 2-3 minutes. Stand for 2-3 minutes. Do not over fill the air fryer.
