Remove outer packaging, foil lid and sachet.

Preheat grill to a Medium temperature. Sprinkle the sachet of caramel pieces evenly over the surface of the crème brûlée. Place on a baking tray under the grill for time indicated above, until topping is caramelised and golden in colour.
Caution: dish will be hot once heated.
Do not reheat.
