Cooking Instructions - General - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout do not reheat.
Oven cook - From Chilled - 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 26-28 mins.
Preheat oven. Place the 2 fish fillets on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for time indicated, turning halfway through cooking.
Air Fry - From Chilled - 1300W 4.5L 180°C, 16-18 mins.
Preheat air fryer. Place the 2 fish fillets in a single layer in the air fryer. Cook for time indicated, turning halfway through cooking. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.
