This product is raw and must be cooked. Whilst every effort has been made to remove all bones, some may remain. Food safety tip: Wash all surfaces, utensils and hands after contact with raw seafood. Keep all raw and cooked products separate.
Oven cook - From Chilled - 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 24-26 mins.
Preheat oven. Place the 2 fish fillets on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for time indicated, turning halfway through cooking.
Air Fry - From Chilled - 1300W 4.5L, 180°C, 16-18 mins.
Preheat air fryer. Place the 2 fish fillets in a single layer in the air fryer. Cook for time indicated, turning halfway through cooking. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.
