The grapes are slow pressed and only free run and lightly pressed juice is collected for this wine. Constant reductive conditions are maintained with the use of CO2 gas to minimize oxygen uptake and loss of flavors. Cold fermentation at 10 - 12°C retain the vibrant flavors of the Sauvignon Blanc grapes.
Winemaker - Invivo

Allergy Advice
Sulphur Dioxide/Sulphites - Contains

Wine Colour
Colour - White

Storage Type
Ambient

Recommended Storage
Storage Type - This wine is ideal for drinking now but can be kept for up to <>

Safety Statements
Pregnancy Warning

Country
Country of Origin - South Africa

Provenance
Wine of South Africa

Company Name
Benchmark Drinks Ltd.

Company Address
SW18 1NN,
UK.

Web Address
invivowines.com

Return To
invivowines.com
Benchmark Drinks Ltd.,
SW18 1NN,
UK.

Disclaimer
While we take care to ensure product information on our website is correct, products are constantly being redeveloped.
