Cooking Guidelines
Shallow Fry - From Chilled - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging and allow the meat to come up to room temperature for 10-15 minutes before cooking.

Preheat 5ml of oil in a pan over a medium heat. Place the steaks in pan and cook gently for time indicated until all juices run clear, turning occasionally.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.
Caution: This product is raw and must be cooked. Whilst every effort has been made to remove all bones, some may remain. Food safety tip: Wash all surfaces, utensils and hands after contact with raw meat. Keep all raw and cooked products separate.
