For best results always heat from frozen. Remove card sleeve and pierce film lid before heating.<br/> Always check the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooked.<br/>Microwave - From Frozen - 7000W, 10 mins.<br/> 800W, 9 mins.<br/> 9000W 8 mins.<br/> Place the container onto a microwavable plate and heat for 6 minutes. After 6 minutes, peel back film lid and stir rice and sauce separately. Re-cover film lid and heat for a further 4 minutes (700W), 3 minutes (800W) or 2 minutes (900W). Allow to stand for 1 minute, stir before serving.<br/>Oven cook - From Frozen - 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 45 mins.<br/> Preheat oven to required temperature shown above.<br/> Place on to a baking tray in the middle of the oven and heat for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, peel back film lid and stir rice and sauce separately. Re-cover film lid and return to oven for a further 15 minutes.
