Remove all packaging. Drizzle with a little oil and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.<br/> Do not reheat.<br/>Hob - From Chilled - 1 1&#x2F;2-2 hours<br/> Preheat a pan over high heat. Add the meat and brown for 2 minutes to seal in the flavour and juices. Reduce the heat to medium, add some root vegetables and enough stock to cover the meat. Cover and bring to the boil.<br/> Simmer on the hob for time indicated or until meat is tender and can be broken up with a fork or spoon.<br/>Oven cook - From Chilled - 170°C, Fan 150°C, Gas 4, 1 1&#x2F;2-2 hours<br/> Preheat oven.
