25ml vodka
Chocolate sprinkles, for the glass
Chocolate shavings, to garnish

- 50ml Baileys Original Irish Cream
- Double shot of espresso, cooled
- 25ml vodka
- Chocolate sprinkles, for the glass
- Chocolate shavings, to garnish

METHOD
- Prepare your martini glasses by using simple syrup to stick sprinkles to the rim of the glass.
- Fill your cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
- Add 50ml Baileys Original Irish Cream, 25ml vodka, and 1-2 shots of cold espresso.
- Shake it and strain into your martini glass.
- Garnish with shaved chocolate and serve!
