10 Minute Air Fryer Granola

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups porridge oats
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup flaxseed
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup Brazil nuts
1/2 cup walnuts
1 heaped dessertspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 dessertspoon maple syrup (to take away bitterness of cocoa)
1/4 cup olive oil

- 1 1/2 Cups Porridge Oats
- 1/4 Cup Pumpkin Seeds
- 1/4 Cup Sunflower Seeds
- 1/4 Cup Flaxseed
- 1/2 Cup Almonds
- 1/2 Cup Brazil Nuts
- 1/2 Cup Walnuts
- 1 Heaped Dessertspoon Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1 Dessertspoon Maple Syrup
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
METHOD
- Remove the inner tray from the air fryer and line it with parchment paper.
- Add all of the ingredients to the tray and stir well to combine. Press down using the back of a spoon.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, stirring halfway through and pressing down again to create clusters.
- Leave to cool fully before removing from the air fryer.
- Transfer to an airtight jar — it will keep for weeks.
- For babies and children under 5: Blend the cooled granola until finely ground, then sprinkle over yogurt, oats, or custard.
