If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and consume within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking and use within 24 hours. Once thawed do not refreeze.

Cooking Instructions - General - Cooking instructions: Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging and allow chops to come up to room temperature for 10-15 minutes before cooking. Drizzle with a little oil and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Grill - From Chilled - Preheat grill to a medium temperature. Place chops under grill and cook for times indicated, turning occasionally.
Allow the chops to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Do not reheat.
Shallow Fry - From Chilled - Preheat a pan over a high heat. Sear chops on both sides, reduce the heat to medium and cook for times indicated, turning occasionally.
Medium 8-10 mins.
Well done 12-14 mins.
