All our beef is world class. It stands as testament to a collaboration of time, of instinct, and of craft. You’ll see the marbling and appreciate the way it reveals itself in incredible succulence. You’ll value that it’s grass-fed and brimming with vitamins, omega 3 and natural goodness.

THE SUCCULENCE OF FREE-RANGE, IRISH POULTRY

All our chickens are free-range and wander the fields until dusk. All our turkeys live free-range on a small, family farm in Co. Tipperary. Slow growing, careful tending and free living ensures flavours that are richer and more succulent.

THE GLORY OF SALT-AGED BEEF

Our mineral-rich, Himalayan salt is 200 million years old. It travels across time and space to reach our salt-ageing chamber. Every cut of beef honoured to enter the chamber is hand-selected for quality and marbling. The flavours draw together in richness, the relaxing emerges in tenderness.

THE PRIDE OF IRISH PORK

Pork is all about provenance. Our fresh pork is 100% Irish reared by native, family farmers. These are artisan producers who take pride in their husbandry and their produce. Many of our farmers care for the quality from seed to serve for firm, pink and perfect quality pork.

THE HERITAGE OF IRISH HAM

Our hams, bacon and Heritage Hams are beyond compare. Slow cured in smokehouses over beechwood chips over hours of time. Our signature cure Heritage Ham is award-winning, recognised for its sweet and salty, delicious flavours.

THE LOVE OF IRISH LAMB

All of our lamb is reared locally, on our family farms in Tipperary. They happily graze and wander their pastures enjoying nutrient-rich, native grasses. Our lamb is prized for its distinctive texture and earthy, aromatic taste.
