Cook in the centre of the oven for 20 minutes per 500g plus 30 minutes, basting occasionally during cooking.<br/> Remove foil for the last 30 minutes of cooking time.<br/> Pierce the deepest part of the turkey crown with a knife or skewer to check if the juices run clear. If the juices are pink, return turkey to the oven and check every 15 minutes until juices run clear.<br/> Once cooked, re-cover turkey crown with foil and allow to stand for 10-15 minutes before carving.<br/> Ensure food is piping hot, cooked throughout, juices run clear and no pink colour remains before serving.
