Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Frozen - All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only :
45 mins per kg
190°C/375°F/Gas 5
- Pre-heat the oven to 190°C/375°F/Gas Mark 5. Remove all packaging. Place the turkey in a roasting tin & cover with lightly greased foil.
- Cook for 45 minutes per kilo or until juice runs clear after piercing the leg. Remove foil 30 minutes before the end of cooking. Ensure food is cooked thoroughly.

Preparation and Usage
Defrost instructions
Defrost before use. Place the turkey, in its original packaging, in a dish and defrost in the refrigerator for 24 hours or until thoroughly thawed. Once thawed, keep refrigerated at the bottom of the fridge below 4°C and cook within 24 hours.
Always wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after handling raw turkey.
Do Not Wash Turkey.
