Preheat oven. Place the pork in its bag, in the foil tray provided on the middle shelf of the oven. Cook for time indicated. Remove from the oven and leave to rest for 5 minutes before opening the bag. Take care when opening the bag as steam will escape and juices will be hot.<br/>
Ensure product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.<br/><br/><b>Preparation and Usage</b><br/>Serving Suggestion<br/>
To serve, carefully remove the pork from the bag and place back into the foil tray. Using two forks, pull the pork apart and shred into small pieces.
