Grill - From Chilled - Brush with melted butter and grill under a medium heat for 6 minutes.
Microwave - From Chilled - (Category E:800 Watts) Place kippers on a microwave safe plate and cover loosely. Heat on full power for 2 - 2 1/2 minutes. (Microwave ovens vary, this is a guide only. For other wattages please consult manufacturer's handbook).
Poach - From Chilled - Place in a pan of lightly simmering water, add a little lemon juice, simmer for 4 minutes.
Stir Fry - From Chilled - Gently fry in melted butter over a medium heat for approx 5 1/2 minutes.
