Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled - Preheat oven to 200°C / fan 180°C/gas mark 6, with roasting tray in the oven. Remove confit from carton and vacuum packaging.
Place the duck legs skin side down on the hot tray and cook in the oven for 5 minutes, before turning and continuing to cook for a further 15 minutes until skin is crispy and golden brown.
Please note that cooking times may vary, depending on your oven. If cooking from frozen, thaw completely in fridge and then follow instructions above.
