Preparation and Usage
Cooking Instructions
1. Allow 75g of risotto rice per person.
2. Rinse the rice several times in cold water.
3. Melt 25g of butter in a saucepan.
Add 150g risotto rice and fry for a few minutes, stirring continuously.
4. Add 450ml of hot water or stock in 4 additions, stir continuously between each addition.
5. Reduce the heat and simmer until all the liquid has been absorbed, stirring occasionally.
