Remove all packaging. Place carrot batons in a saucepan of boiling water, bring back to the boil. Simmer for time indicated above. Drain and serve.

Microwave - From Chilled - 700W 7 mins, 800W 5 1/2 mins, 900W 5 mins
Pierce film. Place carrot batons bag onto a microwaveable plate and cook for times indicated.
Allow to stand for 1 minute before opening bag and serving.
Steam - From Chilled - 6-8 mins
Remove all packaging. Steam over a pan of simmering water for time indicated above.
