Keep Refrigerated 0ºC to +4ºC. Consume within 24 hours of opening and by 'use by' date. For 'use by' date and weight, see front of pack. Suitable for home freezing. If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and consume within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking and use within 24 hours. Once thawed do not refreeze. This product may have been previously frozen and defrosted to chill temperature under controlled conditions. Further freezing will not affect the quality.

Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.
Oven cook - From Chilled - 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 12-15 mins.
Preheat oven. Wrap the salmon loosely in parchment paper. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for time indicated.
Shallow Fry - From Chilled - 12-15 mins.
Preheat 5ml of oil in a pan over a Medium heat. Place salmon in pan and cook gently for time indicated, turning halfway through cooking.
Preparation and Usage
Serving Suggestion: When wrapping the salmon in parchment paper, create a parcel by adding a knob of butter, crushed clove of garlic and lemon wedges.
