Leave the product in the tray with film. Remove label and pierce top film. Place tray on a microwaveable plate. Microwave on a full power for the time specified above. Leave to rest for 1 minute before removing from the microwave. Take care when removing the film lid as hot steam will escape. Stir before serving.
Always check the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooked.
