Keep Refrigerated 0ºC to +4ºC. Consume within 24 hours of opening and by 'use by' date. For 'use by' date, see front of pack. Suitable for home freezing. If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and consume within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking and use within 24 hours. Once thawed do not refreeze.

Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General - Cooking time will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all outer packaging but leave the string on while cooking.
Once cooked, cover with foil and allow to rest for 15 minutes before carving. Remove string prior to carving. Ensure product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.
Hob - From Chilled - 30 mins. per 500g
Place the bacon in a saucepan of boiling water, return to the boil and simmer for time indicated. Drain and serve.
Oven cook - From Chilled - 180ºC / Fan 160ºC / Gas 5 35mins. per 500g plus 15mins. extra
Preheat oven. Place the bacon on a roasting dish and cover loosely with foil. Place on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for time indicated. Remove foil for the last 15 minutes of cooking to brown the joint,
