If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and consume within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking and use within 24 hours. Once thawed do not refreeze.

Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging.
200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 1hr. 20 mins.
Preheat oven. Place pork belly, seasoned side up, on a baking tray and cover loosely with foil. Place on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for time indicated. Remove foil for the last 10 minutes of cooking to brown the joint.
Allow the joint to rest for 10 minutes before carving. Carve thinly using a sharp knife. Ensure product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.
