Consume within 24 hours of opening and by 'use by' date. For 'use by' date and weight, see top of pack. Suitable for home freezing. If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and consume within 1 month.
Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking and use within 24 hours.
Once thawed do not refreeze.

Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only.
Remove all outer packaging.
190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5, 30 mins. per 500g+ 30 mins. extra
Preheat oven. Place the ham on a roasting tray and cover loosely with foil. Place on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for time indicated. Remove the foil for the last 30 minutes of cooking to brown the joint.
Once cooked, cover with foil and allow to rest for 10 minutes. Remove string prior to carving. Ensure product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.
