Consume within 24 hours of opening and by 'use by' date. For 'use by' date, see front of pack. Suitable for home freezing. If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and consume within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking and use within 24 hours. Once thawed do not refreeze.

Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove card sleeve and film before cooking.
180°C, Fan 160°C, Gas 4, 90 mins.
Preheat oven. Place the chicken in the foil tray provided, on a roasting tray on the middle shelf of the oven. Cook for 70 minutes and then increase the temperature to 220°C/Fan 200°C/Gas 7 and cook for a further 20 minutes to crisp up the rashers and skin on the chicken. Ensure the chicken is thoroughly cooked before serving. To check, insert a skewer into the deepest part of the breast and leg, if the chicken is cooked the juices will run clear, if not continue to cook and repeat check.
Once cooked, cover with foil and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Do not reheat.
