Cooking Guidelines
Stir Fry - From Chilled - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Not suitable for microwave cooking.
4-5 mins.
Remove both sachets and set aside for later. Heat a little oil in a heavy base frying pan or wok and stir fry at a high heat for 3-4 mins. Add the seeds and dressing to the mix and stir fry for another minute. Serve immediately.
Caution: Ensure plastic sachets are removed from the bag before cooking. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.
Preparation and Usage
Serving Suggestion
This product can be enjoyed raw or cooked. If eating raw, empty the contents of the bag into a large bowl. Remove both sachets and pour on to the leaf and vegetable mix. Stir well and serve. If heating the product, stir fry as per instructions below.
