If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and consume within 1 month.
Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking and use within 24 hours. Once thawed do not refreeze.

Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging.
200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 20-25 mins.
Preheat oven. Place fishcakes on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for time indicated.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.
