Once opened, unheated food can be covered and kept in the refrigerator for up to 48 hours.
Preparation and Usage
To warm, stand in hot water for 5 minutes. Alternatively, pierce the film lid several times and microwave on full power for 30 seconds (700/750W). Cooking time may vary with microwave power. Remove the film and stir well. Always check the temperature before serving. Serve your baby's portion into clean bowl. Let your little one's appetite lead the way. Carefully observe your baby; they will let you know when they have had enough.
If feeding straight from the plate, unused portions must be discarded. Do not re-heat. For good dental hygiene, clean your baby's teeth regularly, especially before bedtime.
