Neven Maguire's Sizzling Crab Claws

50g Butter
2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
2 Packs Simply Better Irish Crab Claws (12)
½ Lemon
1 Tbsp Chopped Fresh Flat-leaf Parsley

- 2 Packs Simply Better Irish Crab Claws (12)

- 1 Tbsp Chopped Fresh Flat-leaf Parsley
METHOD
- Melt the butter in a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat. Stir in the garlic and cook until sizzling, then toss in the crab claws and allow to warm through for a few minutes. Add a squeeze of lemon and the parsley, then toss to coat and serve while still sizzling.
Neven's Top Tip: Perfect as a seafood starter or serve as part of a larger spread.
