1 tbsps vegetable oil
4 slices Dunnes Stores EDLP White Cheddar
4 brioche burger buns, toasted
6 tbsps burger sauce
¼ head of lettuce, torn
½ red onion, thinly sliced
2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
A few pickle slices
Ketchup, to serve

INGREDIENTS
- 4 Dunnes Stores EDLP quarter pounders
- 1 tbsps vegetable oil
- 4 slices Dunnes Stores EDLP white cheddar
- Sea salt & freshly ground black pepper
- To serve:
- 4 brioche burger buns, toasted
- 6 tbsps burger sauce
- ¼ head of lettuce, torn
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
- A few pickle slices
- Ketchup, to serve
METHOD
- Place a large frying pan over a medium high heat and add the vegetable oil.
- Once hot, place the burgers in the pan, season on both sides with salt and pepper and fry for 6 - 8 minutes, turning occasionally, or until the burgers are cooked through and browned.
- Once cooked, top the burger patties with the cheese slices and cover the pan with a lid. Allow the cheese to melt for 2 - 3 minutes then remove the burgers from the pan.
- Place the bottom of a toasted bun onto a plate, smear with the burger sauce and top with some lettuce, red onion and tomato, followed by the burger. Top with a few pickles and some ketchup followed by the burger bun top.
