


4 Ingredient Airfryer Breakfast Cookies


I created these to make your life easier! Breakfast in my house can be rushed between trying to organise lunches, get ready for work and get everyone out the door.
These cookies are packed full of healthy slow release carbohydrates which keep you and your kids full for longer, high protein milk, banana for potassium and sweetness. They are also packed full of fibre to support a healthy gut.
You an also turn these cookies into a treat by adding some white chocolate drops.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 banana
- 45g (1/2 cup) oats
- 60ml (1/4 cup) protein milk
- 8-10 raspberries
- 1/4 cup white chocolate drops (optional)
METHOD
- In a mixing bowl mash the banana until smooth, then stir in the oats and oat milk.
- Lightly mash in the raspberries. I didn’t break them up fully.
- Form into a cookie shape and add to an air fryer. Cook for 12 minutes until the the cookies are golden brown and cooked through.
