Freeze on the day of purchase. Use within one month. Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use and consume within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted.

Shallow Fry - From Chilled - Gently heat a little oil in a frying pan. Fry sausages over a medium heat for approx. 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
Grill - From Chilled - Preheat grill to medium temperature. Grill sausages for approx. 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
Air Fry - From Chilled - Place into air fryer basket in a single layer and cook at 190°C for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.
