Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking and use within 24 hours. Once thawed do not refreeze.

Cooking Guidelines
Shallow Fry - From Chilled - Cooking times will vary with appliances; the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging and slice the fillet into 2.5 cm thick slices. Drizzle with a little oil and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Preheat pan over high heat. Sear the slices on all sides, reduce the heat to medium and cook for the time indicated, turning occasionally.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.
