This product cooks in the bag for extra succulence and flavour. Remove card sleeve before cooking.<br/> 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7, 45 mins.<br/> Preheat oven. Place the pork fillet, in its bag on a roasting tray with the rounded side facing upwards. This will ensure the juices are contained within the bag during cooking. Cook for the time indicated, remove from the oven and leave to rest for 5 minutes before opening the bag.
