Ensure product is cooked thoroughly and is piping hot throughout before consumption.<br/>Microwave - From Frozen - Remove the outer packaging, pierce the film several times and microwave at 1000W for 6 minutes.<br/>
For lower wattage ovens the heating time should be increased. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.<br/>
Handling precautions: Take care when opening the film as steam may escape.<br/>Oven cook - From Frozen - Pre-heat oven to 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6. Remove the outer packaging and the film. Cover loosely with foil, place on a baking tray and cook for 30 minutes.
